As a fleet operator, you are required to check that your drivers have a valid driving licence at all times. Although a visual inspection is sufficient, it takes up valuable time for you or the responsible person as well as for your drivers. Wouldn’t it be nice to fulfill this duty automatically and effortlessly? DAKO Fleet makes the required verification possible:

    • Attach an RFID tag* to the driving licence
Control via in-house or public TachoStation or via the free DAKO drive app (Requirement: NFC-enabled device)
    • Automatic transfer of data to DAKO Fleet
Documentation and proof of verification readily available

    * RFID is a technology for contactless identification. The tag is a sticker with an RFID chip and an integrated identification number that is recognized by the TachoStation or app.

As a fleet operator, you must comply with deadlines for reading out tachographs and driver cards, to avoid fines during inspections. Maintenance appointments are also crucial for keeping your business. With DAKO Fleet, you can manage everything seamlessly.

    • Pre-set and automatically generated deadlines, such as:
      • Reading out deadlines for tachographs and driver cards

    • Deadlines also available via free app DAKO drive
    • Setting of individual deadlines
    • Quick overview of upcoming deadlines

In addition to reading and archiving tachographs and driver cards, DAKO Fleet supports you with additional features.

No. The company card (or company owner card – not to be confused with the driver card!) is needed to access the data from the tachograph and driver card. The rule is: insert the company card first, then proceed with reading out. Therefore, the company card plays an important role in reading out tachograph data.
